Canned mackerel are made from fresh mackerel caught from Ocean. The whole and fresh mackerel are selected, defrosted, cleaned, washed, canned (based on customer requirements) and cooked, respectively.

After cooking, the products receive appropriate measure of certain ingredients such as tomato sauce, brine, and more. All of the ingredients are selected only based on the level of quality and freshness. Sealed products are carefully sterilized and given final quality inspection before it reaches to the customers.
